There does not appear to be a product called "78g Micocean Miconazole Nitrate Vaginal Cream". Miconazole nitrate vaginal cream is a standard antifungal medication, but "Micocean" is the name of a shipping and logistics company. A 78g tube is also an uncommon size for this medication. It is possible there is confusion with the brand name or product size. However, the general treatment for miconazole nitrate vaginal cream is consistent across brands.
