Crotamiton cream is a topical medication used primarily to treat scabies and to relieve itchy skin (pruritus) from other conditions. As a scabicide, it works by killing the mites that cause scabies. 

5% permethrin cream (such as Ocescab, Peroscab, or Elimite) is used to treat parasitic infestations of the skin caused by mites and lice. This antiparasitic medication works by paralyzing and killing these insects and their eggs. 

While a product named "Hydrasulin Hydrocortisone Acetate Cream" does not appear to be a recognized brand name, a 1% hydrocortisone acetate cream is a common topical corticosteroid used to reduce skin inflammation. It is available both over-the-counter and by prescription under various brand names.
